Requirements

  • Knowledge of conforming and non conforming financing (A to C paper)
  • Experience using Calyx Point
  • Familiar with all Federal and State Disclosures
  • Knowledge of underwriting
  • Ability to package loans according to lender requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of industry terminology
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional follow up capabilities
  • Professional demeanor
