Commercial R. E. - Appraisal
The Appraisal is always a critical part of the due diligence process. If the property doesn't appraise for the optimum amount the purchase or refinance can end right there. We make sure the Appraiser receives the Financial Statements, Rent Roll and Leases quickly, and in a complete, orderly and professional manner. We'll respond to any questions the Appraiser has. After the Appraisal has been completed, we'll review it cover to cover to assure that all the information used was accurate. If after our review we believe some information was inaccurate, misunderstood, or the Appraiser's assumptions are off base, we'll discuss the situation with the Appraiser. Our objective is to assure the Appraisal is done accurately and on time.
