Home Financing - Underwriting Issues
Occasionally a title report will show mortgages, liens, judgements and other information that can preclude a loan from closing, or at the least, it can delay the closing. At times, clients were totally unaware of a problem. We review the title commitment as soon as it's received so we can determine if there are any issues. If there are, we'll contact you immediately to determine the accuracy of the information, and discuss the most expedient way of resolving the title problem. Lastly, we follow up with the title company to assure the Title Commitment is received timely.
